HOW TO USE:
- Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 4-inch (100mm) diameter opening in your vehicle’s dashboard or instrument panel. Securely mount the Speedhut EV Amp Gauge in this opening.
- Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Attach the provided 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge. Connect the power and ground wires to an appropriate power source in your vehicle. The lighting wires can be connected to your vehicle’s lighting system if desired.
- Connect the EV CAN Harness: Connect the EV CAN Harness to the designated CAN-bus connector on the back of the gauge.
- Connect to the Vehicle’s CAN-Bus: Locate the CAN-bus network in your electric vehicle. Using the provided EV CAN Harness (and potentially the EV CAN Jumper Harness for tapping into the network), establish a secure connection to the vehicle’s CAN-bus. Ensure proper polarity and connection points as per your vehicle’s wiring diagram.
