HOW TO USE:

• Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable flat surface on your dashboard and drill a 4.20-inch (107mm) diameter hole. Insert the Speedhut Quad Gauge into the hole and secure it using the included gauge mounting ring from the back.
• Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the designated terminals on the back of the gauge. Ensure the power and ground wires are correctly connected to your vehicle’s electrical system. This harness also powers the LED lighting of the gauge.
• Install the Temperature Sensor: Mount the Speedhut Temperature Sensor in a suitable location on your engine to measure coolant temperature. Connect the Temperature Gauge Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) between the sensor and the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge.
• Install the Pressure Sensor: Mount the included Pressure Sensor (100 psi) to an appropriate port on your engine’s oil system. Connect the Pressure Gauge Wiring Harness (3-Wire Cable) between the pressure sensor and the designated terminals on the back of the gauge.
• Connect the Fuel Level Sensor: Connect the Wiring Harness (2-Wire Cable) to your vehicle’s existing fuel level sensor (must be 300 ohms or less resistance) and then to the corresponding terminals on the back of the gauge. Note: The fuel level sensor itself is not included.
• Verify Connections: Double-check all wiring connections to ensure they are secure and correct before starting your vehicle.
• Test the Gauge: Start your vehicle and observe the gauge readings to confirm that all four functions (Water Temperature, Voltage, Oil Pressure, and Fuel Level) are displaying correctly. The warning light will illuminate if any connected sensor detects a reading outside of normal operating parameters (depending on the specific warning light configuration).
