HOW TO USE:

1. Mount the Gauge: Secure the 4-1/2" tachometer in the desired location using the included pedestal bracket and mounting ring. Ensure the mounting is stable and provides good visibility.
2. Connect the Power and Lighting Harness: Attach the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the gauge, connecting the power and ground wires as per your vehicle’s electrical system. This harness also powers the LED illumination.
3. Connect the Tachometer Signal Harness: Connect the 8 ft Tachometer Harness to the designated tachometer signal output from your engine’s ignition system. This is typically a single wire connected to the negative side of the coil or an equivalent tachometer output.
4. Connect the GPS Antenna: Attach the GPS antenna using the 9.8 ft cable and SMA connector to the gauge. Position the antenna in a location with a clear view of the sky for optimal signal reception, which is necessary for the playback function’s data logging.
5. Start Your Engine: With all connections secured, start your vehicle’s engine. The tachometer should now display the real-time RPM.
6. Utilize the Playback Function: Refer to the specific instructions provided with the tachometer for activating and reviewing the playback feature. This typically involves pressing a button or navigating a menu on the gauge to access the recorded RPM data.
