HOW TO USE:

• Mount the Gauge: Locate a suitable 2 1/16" (52mm) opening in your vehicle’s dashboard or instrument panel. Secure the gauge using the provided mounting hardware.
• Install the O2 Sensor Bung: Weld the included O2 sensor bung into your exhaust system at a location after the engine but before the catalytic converter (if applicable).
• Install the O2 Sensor: Carefully thread the included LSU 4.9 wideband O2 sensor into the newly installed bung. Ensure it is securely tightened.
• Connect the Wiring Harness: Connect the 3 ft Power & Lighting Harness to the gauge.
• Connect Power and Ground: Connect the power wire from the harness to a switched 12V power source in your vehicle. Connect the ground wire to a reliable ground point on the vehicle’s chassis.
• Connect Lighting (Optional): Connect the lighting wire from the harness to your vehicle’s lighting circuit if you desire the gauge to illuminate with your other instruments.
• Connect Analog Output (Optional): If you intend to use the analog output, connect the appropriate wire(s) to your data logger or engine management system according to their respective instructions.
• Start Your Vehicle: Once all connections are secure, start your vehicle. The gauge should power on and begin displaying the air-fuel ratio.
