HOW TO USE:

1. Verify engine compatibility: Ensure your LS engine and vehicle chassis are compatible with the FiTech 130202 oil pan.
2. Prepare the engine: Remove the existing oil pan and clean the engine block surface.
3. Check for dipstick plug: If your engine has a plug in the dipstick hole, remove it.
4. Install the pickup tube: Attach the included pickup tube to the oil pump.
5. Modify windage tray (if needed): If using an OEM windage tray, modify it to clear the pickup tube. Use GM P/N 12558253.
6. Apply gasket sealer: Apply a suitable gasket sealer to the oil pan flange.
7. Install the oil pan: Carefully position the oil pan and secure it with the provided hardware.
8. Install the dipstick tube: Use an OEM LS3 dipstick tube (GM 12625031) and dipstick (GM 12669528).
9. Install oil filter: Use a compatible oil filter.
10. Add oil: Add the correct amount of oil, verifying the level with the dipstick.
