HOW TO USE:

1. Prepare the Unit: Ensure the grease pump unit is securely mounted on the 4-wheel cart.
2. Insert Grease Container: Place a 16-gallon (120 lbs) grease container into the unit.
3. Install Drum Cover and Follower Plate: Position the 15.10" drum cover over the container, then insert the 14-1/2" follower plate on top of the grease within the container.
4. Connect Air Supply: Attach an air supply line from a compressor to the unit’s air inlet, ensuring the pressure is set between 70-100 PSI.
5. Bleed the System (Initial Use): Before first use or after changing containers, open the control valve and allow a small amount of grease to flow until all air is purged from the system.
6. Apply Grease: Direct the nozzle of the control valve to the lubrication point and depress the trigger to dispense grease as needed.
